Default Help with diet please

Ok so I'm 7 weeks into a bulking cycle and thanks to some help I got on here I got rid of the bloat that I was carrying around with me. I'm +35 still and frankly I don't want to get any bigger at this moment. I think my body needs time to adjust to the weight gain. I gained some fat because I went with the "eat everything in sight" plan that only now have I been told isn't the best way to go.

Anyway my plan for the rest is:
Week 7-12 500mg Test Cyp by LSP
Week 9-14 50mg ED Winny by LSP (inject)

Would you guys reccomend a CKD? Or a more reasonable diet like Carbs for breakfast + post workout.

If I could lose like 15 pounds of fat and be +20 pounds of LBM at the end of the cycle that would be very pleasing to me.

My plan is to do AM cardio on my stepmill, 30-40 minutes at low intensity.

i'd suggest the ckd, but i'd replace all the fats with EFA's or good fats. not much fun, when you replace fats with good fats. my perspective on it is, i'll be burning fat 24/7 while on this type of diet, plus introducing good fats such as EFA's which have been scientifically proven to increases activity of lipolytic enzymes simultaneously decreasing lipogenic enzymes, thats a double threat incorporating a ketosis state plus utilizing good dietary fats. watch the fat just melt off your body.

Since your cycle is almost over, I would keep your protein high and carb low, instead of going on a straight CKD.

A BodyOpus of course would be BEST - all around.

Try 50% protein/30%carbs/20% fat, or a straight bodyopus.
