Fat

I am looking to up fat intake in the near future - I am looking to use Flax oil for the majority, but how about the fat in Muscle Milk (one serving has about 20g fat - and about 10g is in the form of Saturated MTC's)

would this be a good way to get dietary fat or should I stay away from it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Mct is definately a good choice to incorporate whether bulking or cutting, its one of those old school things that got left behind and dont really get the credit it deserves. i use mct especially when i'm leaning out, that and flax this is a natty's supplement arsenal.
