I've heard "everything"

IS eating all-fat (Flax Oil) for an entire day the quickest way in?

The quicker the better with 5 1/2 days low/no cabs and 1 1/2 Carb reload.

I need some solid advice and you guys know more than I.

Any help would be much appreciated.......

Not a lot of action around here, huh?

Got into Ketosis in under 48 hours.

1st 4 meals of the day - flax only (2-3Tbs)
by the second evening I was in the "pink"

Can be done in 24 hrs. with a LITTLE insulin.

See Lyle McDonald's book "UD-2". Picks up where Dna Duchan's book "Body Opis" leaves off.

Take 2 i.u.'s of slin..Humulin R, every 3 hours, 4-5 times while low carbing. Start early in the morning about 7:00am..Should be in deep ketosis within 24 hours.

The goal is to get into ketosis a.s.s.p. For many reasons, #1 protein sparing. To do this you must not eat Any! Carbs. until you are in ketosis a little! more pro. would be ok, but not much. Ud-2 ketosis diet worked better for me that the Body opis diet. I ‘ve done both many times. You really should but Lyle McDonald” book UD-2 it’s vary complete.

What are the benefits and dangers (if any) of going into Ketosis?
