im currently on a bit of accutane to keep my pct acne down....40 mg's a day to reduce oil but my cholesterol is normally high...dont want my triglycerides getting too high either.....i eat as clean as i can for the most part and take cla with flax for heart health and choletserol....ne other otc products to maintain helthy levels.....i know when i have high cholesterol b/c i get out of breath really quick in exercises and its been happeneing so i want to make sure it doesnt get worse

Check out red ***** rice and policosonol. Both are effective and seem to be better when used together.
