Default Not eating enough?

I know that in order to lose weight, you need to eat more - but, extrememly "clean."

The question that I pose is, my wife just hired a personal trainer because it motivates her to lose the baby fat she gained around 10 months ago. On any account, the PT put her on a diet regiment that only allows her 1500 calories per day. Is this feasible and what compares better?

Eating more (clean) | Eating less (clean)

Anyone?

its not so much eating more clean.....but rather eating clean with smaller meals and more frequently.......what happens is when u span ure meals out 8-10 hours a peice, ure body stores some of those nutrients as fat b/c it figures it wont eat again for a while....when spaced out closer with less food, it will speed up metabolism...so yes, 1500 calroies divided by 5 meals sounds beneficial but then again everyones body is different...and eating more clean or less clean isnt the issue. you need a balance and also you will need some good fats in there considering they do play a big role in cell activity
