I need some help

I need an overall opinion on the best 7 day a week diet to cut some extra mass and still show some gains. Its a very broad subject and id really like to hear what everyones diet is (especially during cycles)...thanks guys

well im just looking for everyones diet, and some helpful opinions on what to eat and not to eat.

Don't eat fried foods, stick to poultry, eat veggies and some fruits and drink a lot of water. basically don't eat junk food and you will be fine.
