Serious chat time kiddies

I NEED to get back in the gym. Right now Im unemployed but thats not a huge huge deal. I seriously was in prime shape not 6 months ago if that. Its all gone, I weighed 180, now Im back at 140. Help me get in there, my membership has been active this whole time, my diet sucks, i feel like shit all the time... I hate this :cry

I was fat before I started lifting so my motivation this whole time has been that i didn't want to let myself get to where I used to be. I still use that to this day, but try to improve upon my current body. I find a lot of people try to make excuses as to why they haven't been keeping themselves in shape, don't become one of those people and just use your current self and the picture of when you were 180 as motivation. It's the perfect time for you now that you are unemployed. In the morning send out a few resume's, set up interviews and then get in a nice long workout in the afternoon, you can even go AM- PM workouts and try to find a job in between. Good luck though, you can get yourself to where you want to be in no time.

:woot I ****ing love you guys so much. That's what I needed. The fear of starting a job and not being able to go is there, but no job will prevent me from doing what I want. I'm more motivated now than I have ever been. I was at 180 at my peak. I don't want 180 now, I want 200

wow...thats an ultimate no-no.....after a cycle u need to make sure u werk out man...u gotta reduce training a bit but keep diet the same and these 2 things r crucial....u know ure gonna lose something but u wanna try and minimize loss instead of crashing..u leanred the hardway
