no success with the peanut butter diet anyone??

Drinu, the ANPB diet put me in the best shape of my life when I tried it. It's insanely easy to follow. Just make sure you measure LEVEL TBSP's of pb, not HEAPS. That was my biggest early mistake.

do you have any updates about it , i know that its really easy to follow and i am a guy that loves peanut butter i can eat a jar a day no problem.
i Mix my own peanutr butter is it still ok , I grind peanuts and mix extra virgin olive oil in to make it smooth

(pb is made of peanuts - only peanuts)
