dizziness

few days now i am too dizzy ,nauseated ,anorexic & tired
i do not know why!!

i am trying to lose fat & decrease my bf %
so my carb. intake is low
could this be the cause?!

it is very diffecult to tell you how my diet look like, but i am going to try :bigsmile
no sugar, bread, rice, pizza, junk food .... ( this is very diffecult step)
trying to cut carb. as much as i can
but i eat veg. and fruits as carb. source ( not that much)
there is another source of carb. coming from e.g. yogurt, milk, shakes...
in general i am trynig to cut carb. & increase protein intake
but i think my protein intake is not enough

i do not know this is clear or not
what i know is that my biggest problem is with my diet (before it was a disaster, now better but still with defects)

bp usually borderline around 140/90
b.sugar around 90
but once was about 60

hmmm no ur not gunna die, take chromium picolinate to regulate glucose, fish oil for the BP....also stay away from too much sodium.......eat fruit for sugar and eat good carbs, too low carbs can cause mental problems, dizziness, etc

also keep well hydrated and get 8 hrs sleep

i had the same problem 2 years back. i restricted my carbs way too much and got really dizzy all day long. stick to eating the regular oats, yams, brown rice, veggies for carbs...but if u start to feel sick/dizzy eat fruit or orange juice and u should feel fine, if u just eat a little fruit it most likely will not spill over into adipose tissue so ur diet will still be on point.
