Tuna rumors ????

what the hell is up with the whole "getting mercury poisoning from eating too much tuna". i heard to only eat 1 can every 3 days or you'll get M.P. but uhm... at about 6 cans a day of bumblebee tuna light in water for the last month... i dont notice anything. does anyone kno anything about this.. should i really cut back on the tuna?

well yea it is true....alot of bodybuilders rely on tuna as a source of protein....wat i say is limit the amount of fish you eat and eat more meat for protein.....also supplement with omega-3 to make up for the decreased amount of fish, and also supplement 200 mcg of selenium along with Vit. A to lessen the bioavailablity of mercury and other free redicals in the body.....but also dont overdure these supplements either, because in high doses they can also be toxic

Ive been hearing this for a while. I get sick of it afetr a few sandwiches a wk anyway so Im not worried about it.
