raw diet??

has anyone heard of the raw diet? its supposed to be 40% more nutritional than cooked food. does anyone know of any benifits or risks to this diet.

I agree with Mr. X here. I have a food dehydrator that claims to be great at preparing these types of dishes but never gave them a try personaly. They claim the benefits come from the fact that heat destroys the phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals of the foods we eat, thus meaning youre getting more out of each meal. As far as risks go I would assume salmonella or food poisoning

personally, I stick to a healthy what I want diet now
I eat what I want, when I want it.

Granted, I train for about 2hrs/day , high intensity MMA and a lot of muay thai and BJJ, but still , it's all about moderation/control and exercise.
