i some times add yogurt and fruit.but usally just drink protien powder with water and either evo or flax seed oil

cant help ya with homemade 1000 calorie shakes . dont even know if it is possible without supps or really crappy food. think you would be better off with store bought weightgainer

ive tried peanutbutter but i cant get it to come out drinkable. but for added cals add some oats frozen yogurt etc. i have a few recipes in a mag somewhere i will look and post for you

Well i happen to like adding two or three scoops of peanut butter mixed with a tsp or two or three of olive oil. throw in a few oats and a scoop of protein and blend it. Tastes great and will definatly get you the calories you are looking for.

andreas freys breakfast shake
2 bananas
1/2 cup nonfat cheese
150 grams of oatmeal
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
30 grams protien powder
10 tbl flax seed oil

greg valentinos cake shake
heavy cream
sugar
protien powder
banana
yogurt
slice of choc cake

so i guess throw anything in a blender and see if you can drink it. i will stick with what i know
