How to make eggs edible.

Several weeks into my cycle i began looking at eggs (my main protein source) like some poison I dreed eating each day. I have tried many of the siple things like hot sauce or what not but just got to the point that I didn't want to eat them anymore. Unfortunatly i can't tolerate canned(ord bagged) tuna so eggs were kinda like my only choice.

So far I have found that making a good homemade salsa with no added salt has really helped me keep on track. Any one else have this problem and have suggestions?

I'm having a similar problem with oatmeal. Evry morning is the same thing....6 egg whites...and 2 packs of oatmeal...and 16-20 oz. of crystle light.

But as far as the eggs go...i've recently been switching it up by making it into a wrap with some feta cheese. It comes out pretty good...if you like cheese. Its simple and quik. Thats how i think breakfast is supposed to be.

Yeah oatmeal is the same, I don't even heat it anymore just stir in water and choke it down as fast as possible.

An egg wrap would work pretty well to, less carbs than a slice of bread and quick to eat.

I like to make mini-psuedo quiches and pouring my egg whites into a muffin pan and add chopped up onions, red/green peppers, jalapenos, & turkey breast. Sometimes the way it's presented is alot more appealing and easier to swallow. Another thought here... How about sweetening up your eggs by adding some cinnamon, vanilla extract, splenda and almonds. I know it may look gross, but it's quite tasty and feels more like a treat! Learn to be creative and dont be afraid to mix/match your spices & veggies.

I dont really eat aloyt of eggs in one sitting but I like to make Deviled eggs and when Im wanting a snack I simply pop one or two in my moyh and its easy and healthy.

I am sick of my eggwhites too. i started getting some fresh garlic and spinach and coooking it up in the pan then i get my egg whites and mash it all together. still not great but it is good for a change.

Not sure if this works for you:
I eat Special K Protein Cereal
10g soy protein per serving.
I put wheat germ on it and yogurt (flavored).
I cut up some strawberries and put them in there too.
No milk, I use the yogurt like milk.

It tastes good and it is high in protein.

As far as making eggs taste good, scramble them and make fried rice with them.

I try to keep on the glycemic index when dieting which wont allow cereal unfortunatly. I like Kashi when not cutting though.

Ah, ok. I will say though that when I am cutting a calorie is a calorie. I think the only real exception to this is if you have blood sugar problems. I'm young and healthy so it stay pretty level as long as I eat something.

Ha ha. Oh well, I am sure the eggs work for you, but really I am not sure I could eat them for an extended period of time. I don't like them as it is.
