What do u think of my cutting diet?

I was going to do a competition this year, but i had a low back injury and could not train my legs properly for a few months. However i am still going to cut down. I wanted to know what you think of my diet. (this does not include the final 2 weeks where i tweek everything to dry out and fill the glycogen up)
6 meals plus 2 extra protein shakes
My protein stays the same throughout the entire diet about 420 grams per day.
I eat no more that 25 grams of fat per day. and my carb cycling goes like this

Day 1: Load carbs
Day 2: Low carbs
Day 3: NO carbs
Day 4: Load
Day 5: Low
Day 6: Low
Day 7: NO

Protein sources come from: chicken, flank steak, salmon, eggwhites, tuna, protein powder.
Carb sources: yams, Oats, brown rice, (Waxy maize post workout)
Fat sources: natural peanutbutter or flax-seed oil.
any suggestion would be appreciated

it might just be my body but i don't think you should totally disregard your caloric intake because i was doing a similar diet except my protein was down around 200g a day, but i still couldn't cut any fat off because i was taking in around 4000 calories a day (albeit good calories) and about 30 g of fat a day but i still wouldn't disregard your caloric intake because the simple fact of the matter is that to burn fat you have to use more calories than you intake. But other than that the diet looks good. I know when I cut I start losing energy throughout the day do you have that problem and what do you do?

A calorie is a calorie. Your protein intake alone is at least 1700 calories. This is a diet, in the same way that breathing is exercise. Eat less food.

yeah i agree I am Jack. I got suckered into a diet like that where all the food was clean and good, but the simple fact is I was taking in too much to be on a "cutting diet" good post!

since i started the diet i dropped almost 5 percent bodyfat putting me at about 8% right now at 240lbs. but now i am going to do what u guys said and drop the amount of calories a bit. but im doing that by droppin one of the carb load day so that i only have one per week. as u said my protein alone is 1700 but on my no carb days thats the only cals. im getting. as for energy i drink some sugarfree caffeine drinks mainly pre workout

There you go diesel, my overall point is that calorie reduction is much easier on you psychologically and physically than strange eating restrictions. Don't eat dumb shit to meet your diet plan, just eat less calories and you WILL get the results you want.

Exactly. Yuo can eat 100% fat all day, you will lose weight if you only get 1600 cals of it.
