If you woke up in the morning, and you were suddenly 6'1", 195 and your entire midsection (chest to belly button) was soft... no visible six pack and soft chest... what type of diet would you use if you wanted to get that lean look by the end of July. I've only recently gotten my training in order... and eating "good" but need more guidance. Have some vacations coming up this summer. Need help.
