ANBP Question

Im trying to lose more fat, im currently 2 weeks into a cycle of:
100mgs Test prop EOD (every other day) - week 1-12
250mgs test cypionate / wk - week 1-12
50mgs of trenbolone ED - week 1-8
50mgs of winstrol ED - week 9-12
1 mg arimidex ED - week 1-12

my question is, im currently 5'9 215lbs aprox 20%bf (let myself slip bigtime), and i am changing my diet, cause while i do eat the right things and space my meal apart 3hrs, i just dont feel like its doing anything so, i need to make a discipline change because i dont feel like im cutting any bf in addition to putting on some muscle. so before i get to far along in my cycle, im changing to the anbp diet. my question is, if im trying to drop weight(fat), would i decrease the BMR number by more than 5%, to say 10%? any suggestions or anything anyone can offer whos done this would be great. i have already read mr x right up 12 times, so i know all about it. just didnt see that brought up anywhere. thx

follow the diet exactly, if you switch ratios then it's not the ANPBD
