Lycopene found in Tomatoes was shown to help with preventing Prostate enlargement and Cancer in studies. Well, today on the news show that new studies show there is no proof that Lycopene has any noticeable effect on the Prostate.

Whats next?!?!??!

Thats why I follow no studies on Juice for the most part. I go from experience or the experience of training partners.
