The title is pretty self explainatory. What is your all time supplements such as protein powder, vitamins, creatine etc.?

In all the B.S that you guys/gals have weeded through what have you found that works best for you on cycle or off cycle.

List the things that you guys/gals ordered on a regular basices. Maybe (doubtful) this thread can save a newbie money from getting scammed on bs supplements.

Me I like Nutrabionics Protein best I ever tried IMO. They carry 11 flavors, have the protein lab results posted on their website for purity, and they also produce their own protein. Most protein comes from as a bi-product in the cheese manufacturing process. They have no additives, no fillers, no sugars or artificial anything. No dicyandiamide or dihydrotriazine derivatives.

Funny thing is you dont need a shaker cup it mixes with a spoon. Mostly of all I like it because the shit is cheap no fancy labes or packaging.


Get my vitamins at the same place. Dont do the creatine. I just use Protein and a Multi-Vitamin. I save the $$ to go torwards other things like hmmm? lol
