Starting ANPB Today

Starting ANPB diet today at a 10% caloric deficit. Will likely bring in some clen and/or t3 shortly.

Am 295 at 15.3% bf today.

How much clen will you take?
It makes me jumpy but it does the job. 295 15%bf your a bigboy....when I was all in I was 273 lbs at my heaviest with about 12 to 14% bf.....aaahhh the good ole days I am now 240 at about 14 bf.

Was wondering what exactly is your specific goals on this ANPB diet? How long you going to run it for? I just can't get my head around this diet.

probably 100 mcg/day or so? It only bothers me for the first day or two. I think i build tolerances quite quickly.

Looking to drop about 20 lbs or so? Dip bf lower, then probably do some igf shortly and go a little lower. Not looking to run a cycle at this size. In order to understand the diet, you need to really focus on the fact that it's just a means to an end in terms of getting your macronutrient ratios where you want them. Ultimately i'd like to be about 260-270 at 8-10% bf.
