Cholesterol question...

Tomorrow I am getting some blood work done they are checking my free testosterone level and they wan't to check my cholesterol.....this will have an effect on their decision to put me on test shots or not. I have basically gone fat free and cholesterol free for about 5 days now I have been flushing myself with water hoping to get the lowest cholesterol readings but my only problem is my love of my gin and tonics at night. I don't kill myself with them but after the workouts and the long day in the office followed by keeping up the house and 50 acres I love to just sit back and chill with about 4 or 5 a night....not every night! Anyways can the alcohol effect my cholesterol readings?
If it does I will go dry for another week and put off the blood work but if it doesn't I want to have the blood work and then immediatly start test enth at a gram a week I have other stuff to stack with it but I don't want to wait on the test enth.
