your favorite legal supplements?

Aside from multi vitamins and a good protein powder, is there anything you can get from your local GNC, etc, that you swear by?

I'm sure most of the weight lifters on the forums will mention creatine, unfortunately for me anything over 5g a day makes me too sick to my stomach to bother with it. Although I must say with esterfied creatine or creatine deconate I haven't gotten sick on. But creatine monohydrate for sure messes me up with anything but a small dose.

I'm trying out N.O. supplements, but it seems to me if it's just arginine, you're getting plenty of that in your protein powder. Although it's only been a week with the N.O. supplement, I can honestly say so far it doesn't seem to do anything for me at all.
