can i get by on MRP bars???

First off, i'm 32 yo. 6'1 202 lbs.I have lost 50 + lbs. so far, just very interested in getting a cycle going.Have been getting lots of good info here.What i am wondering is, how does my diet look???Need help or suggestions.Thanks

Meal 1 7am-MRP drink
Meal 2 10am MRP bar
Meal 3 1pm Grilled chicken or tuna or turkey
Meal 4 4pm MRP bar
Meal 5 7pm Protein drink with 50 gm. (post workout)

Also drinking a gallon and a 1/2 of water and using NO explode.

That is a lot of supplemental protein. IMO i like food better and have had better results. If you could at all possible eat 6-7 meals a day that would be better. What are you trying to get out of your diet bulk cut or just maintaining is really what you need to ask yourself. Congrats on the weight loss! I have attached my diet, but this diet will bulk you up so if you are wanting to keep shedding weight I wouldn't recommend this diet. However, if you want to get on gear this diet has been awesome and worked well for me! GL!

MRP bars tend to have a lot of sugar. MRP powder would be better IMO. To make things simple, I tend to rely on Met-Rx. I just tear open the pouch, pour in some water, stir with a terryaki stick and squeeze the pudding into my mouth. Done. Virtually no prep. No cleanup. On my way,well nourished. Food is good, but truthfully it's difficult to get that much nutrition in terms of both macro and micro nutrients with only 260 calories from a whole food source. I also pour some hemp seed oil into the dry powder first for my EFA's. Though it Does have aspartame, hydrogenated oil, artificial flavor. There's no escape.

pretty much this diet has had me losing weight, not bulking.Thanks for the advice.Another thing, would i be better off doing the MRP mixes instead of bars??Just wondering, my job does not allow anytime for whole foods.

no no no you will not die but cmon bro use your head just eat good food in moderation and dont take it crazy!

that is not a fun diet and you need more stuff

Good luck and reconsider...atleast add another meal in there with some fruit and veggie and sweet tato then I think it looks more like it and maybe a salad-
