Nitrix - a question

Firstly , hi to the forums , just registered .

I have been thinking of buying some nitrix , I do not expect that much from it , I just wanna try it - but there is a thing that scares me a bit - it says somethin like more blood will go thru ur veins or whatever I dont really know if its true or anything , thing is that Ive been having migraines for the last 3 years , and Im a bit afraid that if there will be going more blood in my head Ill just get the migraines way easier . Now if I just wet my hair in middle of training so my head gets a bit colder Im all fine , but if I use this thing .. Im afraid it wont help .

So my question is , does it really make more blood go thru ur body ? Maybe not to brain ? I really dont understand nutrition and Im a skinny piece of shit anyway , but I just dont want to make my problems with migraines which I actually learned to avoid more serious then they are .

Please tell me what u think . Im sorry about possible typos , english isnt my main language xD .

EDIT : I forgot to write this , my blood circulation is rather bad ( once I get a migraine it is too strong , and when Im cold in winter Im really cold :P ) so it could even help,theoreticly.

I wouldn't expect much. I use to be a big creatine fan over the years, but have wised up, and dont fall into the hype anymore. Eating the proper caloric intake, and sleeping is enough for me.

Just got done with a thing of Nitrix a friend gave me (nice friend i know).....take Adams advice, save your money and eat/excercise right.

Nitrix sucks. Diet and sleep...and then if you understand fitness you will realize other avenues.

What about naNOX9, relatively new product released by MuscleTech, I bought a bottle of this on the weekend, and im hoping its gonna work. From what ive researched this stuff is meant to be something. If this stuff is over-rated then theres no point in buying stuff like SAN's Vasoflow or NO-xplode.

All NO-xplode did for me was get me jacked up before a workout, but just listen some music or drink a mountain dew and save your money...and calories
