current diet

[Freeze]

heres my current diet consisting of 5000 calories - not counting the extras I eat throughout the day!

Meal #1
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
2 servings cream of rice

Meal #2
8 oz. lean meat
2 cup rice + 1 tbsp butter
1 cup veggies

Meal #3 (Protein Shake)
Protein powder equal to 75 grams of protein
3 tablespoons of flax oil
Mix with water

Meal #4
8 oz. lean meat
2 cups white rice + 1 tbsp butter
1 cup veggies

Meal #5
8 oz. lean meat
10 oz. sweet potato + 1 tbsp butter
1 cup veggies

Meal #6
8 oz. lean meat
2 cup brown rice

Meal #7 (Protein Shake)
Protein powder equal to 75 grams of protein
4 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
Mix with water

LOOKS LIKE A GOOD AMOUNT OF FOOD, DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BUTTER THOUGH, MAYBE YOU NEED TO PUT ON SOME FAT. I KNOW COTTAGE CHEESE WOULD FIT IN GOOD WITH SOME EXTRA PROTEIN AND IF LOOKING FOR FAT TRY ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER PLUS IT WOULD ADD EXTRA CALORIES ASSUMING THIS IS A WEIGHT GAIN DIET.
