Default just my two cents

i like alb better than clen. it seems to be a more even up for me than clen. common dose would be 2.5 4x to 6x a day depending on what i was trying to achieve. i cut 33lbs in 13 days with nothing else but alb and a strict diet, and some diurex the last day. there is also some research out there that says alb has some mild anabolic effects. i love the stuff and will ever mess with clen again.

I gave some to a buddy of mine, he took about 7.5 mg a day split into 3 doses, for only 2 weeks.
He wanted to see if it would do anything with no change in his diet....
he lost 8 lbs.

his workouts were high rep


he also said his heart felt like it was beating kinda hard as if he was working out....even when he wasn't

I've been running with 2.5mg x3 a day.... going on my second week now. I'm down just a couple of lbs but the most noticible difference is that I'm jittery as HELL!!!! Still trying to find that happy medium on how late I can take my last dose without being wide awake when I should be sleeping.

Glad to see is working for you Chiq!

You will need to experiment a little as your doing to see when your best doesages times are. Clearly though Alb affects you pretty good if your feeling the shakes at that doesage so I think 3-4pm is probably a good estimate as timing on your last dose for the day. That gives your body several hours to settle down before sleep.

Keep on working away those pounds! :bigsmile

Thanks Access.

Last night was torture in that I took my last dose at 4pm and did'nt fall asleep until 4a.m.!:argh I slept just a few hours before having to start the whole regimented day of cardio/eats/workout. Good thing I did'nt have to work today otherwise I'd be in a world of hurt. Anyway, I took my last dose at 2pm. I hope to be dreaming by 11pm. ::::fingers crossed:::

never have got jittery with alb. clen yes, alb no. i would split my doses up equally over a 14 hour period, 2.5mg every two three or four hours.

coffee doesn't keep me up either. you might want to drop down too 5mg a day. 2.5 on waking and 2.5 30min before lifting. good luck

I think I've ironed out something that seems to be working soo far.... I take my first dose before my morning cardio at 0500, my second dose about 0900 at my second meal and my third dose is about 2ish. This seems to be working great soo far especially on my days off when I can get my work out in done early enough.... I still feel a bit jazzed up and energized. The days I do work, Im back in the gym late in the evenings and sometimes feel like I'm dragging tail. So far what has perked me up is stopping by the tigermart on the way to the gym to get some "crack coffee". But then I'm back to square one in being up in the middle of the night.:doh

I've just learned to deal with it... and get cat naps in when and where I can!:bigsmile

I'm starting my 3rd week tomorrow and have already tweaked my dosages for the next several days. I stepped on the scale this afternoon and am pleased to see that I'm down another 2lbs.
