Ok... so here's a little update. I'm starting on week 4 and once again I'll be adjusting and increasing my dosage just tad. I've been happy with the progress that I've made soo far and I'm beginning to notice a slight change not only in wieght but my body comp (this also could be very well due to the squeeky clean diet too) Anyway, the jitters and insomnia have'nt been soo bad lately but I do sweat like a sueeey schweaty pig now while I'm doing both sets of cardio!:argh

One thing I did get a little concerned about was a few times I came down with a couple of high fevers but seemed to disolve shortly after taking some tylenol. I was'nt sure if this is something someone typically experiences but the fevers only occurred twice without incidence and the following morning I felt perfectly fine.

I hope this next week keeps me in line with more progress.

i cant say if its common or not, everybody i know still runs clen, i'm the only one using alb in my clique. i'm sure one of the gurus can help you but i have no experience with fevers or anything negative,congrats on your progress and continued success.

Should the albuterol be taken by it self? or stacked with something else?Does it help with the hunger?

You can take on it's own and it doesn't do anything for hunger in my expereince.
