I have not used Ketotifen as Benadryl is much more available and much eaiser to get your hands on than Ketotifen but does the same thing.

Benadryl has an active ingredient called diphenhydrmine which can also be found in sleep aid tabs. Use either but you need to take 50mgs of diphenhydrmine every day on your third week of Clen use when running for periods in excess of a few weeks. So run Clen for two weeks and then start the diphenhydrmine on day 15 and use each day for that week and stop. Conitnue this way every 3rd week until your run is completed.

so ive found clen in oral form but wanted to try alb. the ag guys only have liquid ... am i right in assuming that there are no oral forms of alb only injectables?

also - how does alb ... and clen for that matter affect your strength? i know X's profile of both suggested that both may lead to gains, but i was wondering how this works out in practice as it causes weight loss...

that stuff is NOT for injection. it is Oral. It is just in liquid form.

well i thought the top looked odd... i suppose thats why its a eyedropper style ... silly me... thanks for the heads up ... so then how are the dosages controlled with the eyedropper - there is alot of variance with eyedropper pulls?

Use a syringe(without needle) to measure the doses, and then shoot them into your mouth.

Clen was initially thought to be very anabolic but years of use by BB'ers has shown this to be not the case. Clen for growing muscles is not going to happen, not to any noticeable effect anyway.

What Clen does do is become anti-catabolic when on a claorie deficient diet. It works by allowing the body to utilize stored fat in place of protein stores (muscle) while on a calorie deficit diet. So this is a good thing obviously for anyone not wanting to loose muscle mass while restricting calories.

Also as pointed out clen and albuterol typically come in liquid forms for oral ingestion.
