Default Its so hard finding a good bulking diet when you're picky

I'm a very simple and bland eater. i dont like hamburgers down with tons of junk. just some onions and maybe pickles here and there.

i've been having problems trying to find good bulking diet plans for the main fact that im the pickiest god damn eater in the world.

i like simple foods. chicken, beef, pork, turkey, brocolli, onions, oatmeal, cauliflower, noodles, etc.

is there anybody else this way? if so, LETS SHARE DIETS! i need to really clean up my diet whilst on a bulking cycle.

Your eating all good stuff just probably need to eat more. Maybe look into supplementing with a weight gainer. Use your foods to get all your micro and macro nutrients and then a weight gainer for all those extra calories.

those are all great foods best i cld say is eat more times a day you shld never feel hungry and you shld never feel like ur gonna blast try about 7 meals a day thatll put weight on even the hardest gainer.

Yeah whytee is right, I don't really prefer bulking or cutting right now, need to add muscle and cut bodyfat, but when I started eating 8+ times a day just before starting the cycle is when things changed. I'm just starting the 3rd week of test e with 40 mg var a day and already seeing big gains. Don't imagine my bodyweight has changed but a lot better muscle to fat ratio, and this is before the Test kicks in, definitely impressive what doing nothing more than distributing my food out into more meals throughout the day has done.
I eat as many egg whites (too many yolks too, will have to cut down on that part) as possible, lean chicken, lean pork, and fish with leafy green veggies as much as possible. At the same time I limit other types of food and try my best to eat absolutely no processed sugar or carbs. If I get hungry between meals I have some fruit (usually bananas, apples, pineapples which are soooo good over here, and lemons) as a snack. I don't have a written down exact daily or weekly diet but follow this plan strictly. Oh yeah, if I eat fried food I cook it with olive oil or soybean oil, both of which are healthy oil choices (soybean oil doesn't taste very good, but costs a lot less.) So how about that ab workout we talked about??

been busy.. just had a fight 2 weeks ago.. 185lbs tournament. i won!!!
