What brands of protein shakes/supps do all you gurus use?

Champion Nutrition Ultra Met for blending at home with peanut butter, egg whites, and oatmeal (gainer shake). Optimum Nutrtion 100% Whey (mixes well in shakers)and IDS Liquid Protein Shots (comes in little test tubes) when on the go.

I think that Syntha-6 by BSN is the best tasting. Like the chocolate mixed with strawberry milk. Don't have the option to mix with anything else since I am limited where I am at.

Has an excellent protein.

whatever u do stick to big brand names.. i've lab tested others and they are sad sometimes...

champion is my favourite.. tastes awesome and tested out good..

dorian propeptides (i think its CNP brand now) is great

bsn syntha 6 ..

whole food is still 100 times better IMHO. its just as ez to scarf down a can of tuna with a bottle of water than to mix/drink/clean a shaker cup..

Those are mainly colagen protein, which is not very bioavailable. You're maybe (I'm being generous) absorbing 1/2 of the label claimed amount of protein.
