red wine?

hey fellas, i've always heard that a glass and red wine at night is good for your heart and circulation. well i have a problem with my traps always aching and it makes problems with my blood circulating throughout my body..

well my question is: i kno alcohol in general is bad for you and i do a pretty good job to stay away from alcohol and was wondering if theres anything else i could take to improve my circulation. or is red wine not really bad to drink a cup of it a night?????

it isn't that bad...make it a lower alcohol like 8% or so.

Grape extract, and grape seed extract is just as good, and no alcohol.

Have you considered supplementing your diet with fish oils to help improve your overall circulation?

What makes you think that because your Traps hurt its causing prollems with your circulation.

well my traps/shoulders always are aching. and i had a massage therapist give me a massage and when she hit my traps/shoulders (the most common place to get a massage) my whole body started tingling. and i asked her what that was and she told me it was my blood circulating through my body and that the muscle was really tense. i dont do shrugs or anything. and when i used to do upright rows, that muscle group would quickly crap up after just a few reps.. so i dont work that part out. but it never fails. everytime i get a massage in the area my legs start tingling like crazy.
