cutting diet

Hey guys,

finally starting my first ever cycle in the next seven days (Primo-var) and i need advicde on a diet that will aid me in cutting but at leat allow me to gain 5 - 10 lbs of lbm. I know var supresses the appetite but i wanna chow. thought of smoking marijuanna throughout the day to increase my appetite.

is this wise

well that would definately increase your appetite...lol. i don't know if it's wise though. i wouldn't want to hit the weights high, IMO....

Use to do it about 2 years ago i swear, u push mental and physical boundaries depending on what u smoking of course. Your focus is uncanny however u tend to become fatigued rather quickly

not real healthy for the lungs either, and no matter what I used to say in college it makes me and most other people lazy as hell.

guess u right seems force feeding is the way to go have a hell of a lota experience with that as well

You need to have smaller meals (6-7) a day. Make those meals consist of protein and complex carbs with little fat. This is the only way to loose bodyfat in conjunction with exercise but in order to keep muscle the meals must be nutrient sufficient. Try to eliminate cheat meals altogether or keep them to an absolute minimum. This is even where I struggle...eating so much really isn't all that easy.
