Question powerlifting while on CKD Q's

I had some questions on dieting while training for powerlifting and olympic lifts.
I've done a CKD diet while using a pure bodybuilding workout (8-15 reps, 60-120 seconds rest periods, 1 major muscle group and 1 minor muscle group per session, etc.) and it made me sick for some reason and another modified version when I was training for a boxing match (4 mile am run, 2-3 hours of 3 medium to very intense minute rounds 6 days a week) in which I felt great until I carbed up about 5 hours before my fight (I felt weak and tired after my warm-up).

Powerlifting and Olympic lifting are very different though because the major adaptation is in the nervous system. So.....
My question is this, Can a powerlifter/olympic lifter get stronger while on the CKD?

I know decreasing fat levels affect the lubrication of your joints and decreasing fat levels also decrease the mass of your limbs, which might cause a loss in momentum... but I dont really see these things as real limiting factors, especially because Im not very heavy and I am already approximately 11% body fat.
What else happens? Do decreasing hormone levels somehow affect adaptation of the nervous system?
Does increased HGH levels increase adaptation?
How does CKD affect explosive strength? and does it significantly affect anarobic muscle contraction?
Sorry I've got so many questions.

powerlifting or any lifting for that matter is hard on CKD due to lack of glucose in the muscle tissue (aka you're lacking that explosive fuel you need to train hard)

if you want to powerlift, try the anabolic diet with 3 days very low carb (near 0) and 4 days refeed, with 2 being the refeed phase, and 2 being the hard training phase

I just read everything I could find on the anabolic diet and it seems alot like a CKD, so do I need to worry about going into ketosis after the refeed phase?
and, is this diet even worth the trouble since I'll only be in low-carb phase for 3 days a week?

is it worth the trouble? possible... if you're genetically prone to being heavy (aka some low carbs are good for you).

However, I'd suggest some glucose dispose agents such as ALA/chromium or low dosages of insulin/glucophage (if you're hardcore) to speed up your entry into ketosis.

man i would just eat a high protein diet with moderate carbs and lift your butt off. Keep your cardio high with the boxing and stuff and you can also do conditioning that will help your lifting and wont sapp your strength like running sometimes does. sled pulling, tire flipping, sledge hammer work, stone lifting, stone throwing, or lifting complexes of 5-10 exercises using the same weight and reps around 15 do them all in a huge superset with one or two minutes rest start with two rounds once a week working up to three or four times a week. that should take care of any extra carbs your taking in. I am also carb sensitive and dont do the traditional carb up the night before or day of my fights or preload any carbs before my workouts which is a four day a week 6-8 workout powerlifting routine.
