hi my name is steve i am about 245 pounds abot 511 i am pritty big when it comes to upper body not cut or anything butt i am pretty big i am i need to loose the belly fat it seems the only plz that i am gett my fat is in my fave and tummy i need to loos this fat so that i can start to work on my muscle size the i wont to tone after that butt my first step is to loos the fat in my tummy ans so forth i did buy a fat burnner cold thermo genesis i have not used it yet couse i still need to get some info on it dont now if it could kill me or not lol bett i no that diet and cardio it most in portenet if and one could tell me a meal plan or diet plan even a good start on a cardio work out that whould be great i am new to this all butt i dont real feel good about my self no more and i whould like to change the way i feel mentaly and phic so any help whould be great also just in case here is the info on the fat burnner info
