Im not sure about it raising Test levels. I know it helps with Cholesterol if eaten regularly.
Personally I cant stomach the stuff. More power to ya if ya like it!

wild oats=avena sativa which supposedly increases libido, hence the term to sow your wild oats comes from i think

I love the stuff. I put a couple of raisins in there to add natural sugar and I am good to go.

I didn't see how it would physically get you "pumped" for the gym since it is a complex carb and it takes a while for your body to break it down. However, if it works for you, then it works for you. I personally like an apple and protein shake before I hit the iron.
