I am 305lbs with 30% bodyfat and a powerlifter.
Basically the radical diet tells me that I should stay at around 1200 calories per day and stay low carb. When I hit a milestone then I can do a 2200 calorie moderate carb day, then it's back to the 1200 low carb days until I hit another small milestone. I am supposed to run this for 8 weeks. Now for 1200 calories per day I would roughly be getting 100 grams of protien, 20 grams of carbs and 70 grams of fat. How in the world would I be able to hang on to whatever muscle I have and I know the strength will drop too. What are your thoughts in this MR X? |
