add mass and no fat?

Is there a diet that you can add lean muscle and no fat or little fat? I am thinking about starting a cycle of gear and want to make the most of it but i am wondering if i should wait till winter to bulk up.
If there is and if someone has it on there computer I would like to follow it.

Or what would you suggest for a summer diet while on gear? To stay looking good. I do eat healthy but I don't know much about setting up diets and would really appreciate some help.

First of all when your adding mass unfortunately most people add a little unwanted bf, not really a big deal if your eating the RIGHT type of bulking foods, no greasy foods, shitty breads, things like that add BAD fat into your diet.
If your about to start a cycle your muscle mass increase should outweigh your bf% increase so Just say you start @ 180lbs @10% bf then finish your cycle @195-200lbs @12% bf your gonna look good anyways so as long as you are eating clean some good cardio and dieting can clean your bf% up pretty quickly.

You can LIMIT how much fat you add but ..........YOU WILL ADD SOME... you can't take in the amount of calories we do and not take in some but this is OK because you just cut it back down when you get through................keep it clean and follow the link......
