im 80 kgs i need to be 83 ripped my bf is 12% height 181cm im on a cycle now eq sust and atanazol the last 6 weeks of the cycle if u need anything else just tell me

Carbs - 30%
Fats - 20%

Wow 50% of calories from protein? Do steroids increase your ability to uptake protein that much?
