Thats why i eat whole eggs not just the whites.

Hey Martano666 not sure where your getting your facts from. Baxter is right and pasta does contain protein. For many third world countries there only source of protein is from grains including durum wheat. Many pastas also contain eggs... Diagnosis if youve got anymore questions about nutrition im only too happy to help. Theres no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid and smart arse answers
