Okay, so I just joined this forum, after attempting to do a little bit of research on what I can do for myself to boost my physique.
After attempting to sift through the enormous amount of BS on these websites claiming success stories. I would like to know what would be the ideal meal program, weight lifting regimen, and roid cycle for a beginning bodybuilder? I've been working out for the past 6 months pretty consistently. I have been consuming enormous amounts of food, but I have only gained like 5.5 pounds (no joke). Sooo I need some help probably more than likely through cycling, and maybe my meal plan is flawed. (well I don't really have one, I just eat, eat, eat) I think maybe my body may be like my Uncles... I remember it being said that he would not and could not gain weight unless he was Working out... I don't know if that is a real and true body trait, but if it is maybe that is what I have as well.. (so maybe my workouts aren't hard enough... iunno I'm lost in a world of confusion) I am 21 years old, 147 pounds, 5'10 (I know I'm freaking tiny) I'm tired of this boyishly thin body of mine, I ready to do whatever I need to do to pump this body up and run after the body of a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding (use) to run in the family, my Grandfather, Uncle, and Father all use to be professional bodybuilders. However, none of them are with me to help me through this change in my life. I know there are many on this site that have in-depth information on how to get started on this trek. Beginning correctly is the key to ending successfully. Gey bro this is hard since I felt I had to tell you this now! I'm doing this from my blackberry so if words look jacked up deal. Ok don't take any AAS! Your too young! I know because I'm 20 and did all kinds of research too you take it and it will really mess you up and a high chance of never getting it up again! Dude I KNOW you don't want that. You need more research your not close trust me when I get home I will post some links now about your size now I'm there with you sick of looking like a *****! (sorry mods) it is in your genes to have a fast metabolism I have it to and the famous eat eat and eat some more works for us only if you do it right, you have to put your body guessing ease into a 4-7000 calorie diet over the next 3 4 weeks by eating 1g of protein per BW for a week then the next week double that then next back to 1 ext. And take whey protein and eat take in good calories and fat I will post more later but take my advice roIDs is not good yet ask people I got to get back to the gf she gettin pissed.

Hey men another thing is you can't just ask for a diet plan and what kind of cycle you will only get big. During your first cycle (about 12 weeks first time) then when your off its off its takes time find a dirt plan you think may be good and post it so more experienced people can help tweak it for you I did the same thing ask because your so excited but its not magic we already got the level of test in is naturally as the (sorry guys) older guys whose levels have dropped with age we got it bro love it and get some! Lol lift eat SMART and switag up regulary read dirt plans and other post before jumpin to posting gotta learn as much as you can man I still am I thing everyone still is but intill you are dam near pro on the knowledge and at least she 24 don't touch it bro
