I'm about sick of drinking water!!!!!!!!

I know your pain, I used to drink 2-3 cans of coke a day and eat McDonalds once a day there is one litreally 20 second walk from girlfriends house thats open 24 hours

Over the last month I have not had any soft drink just water (2 litres a day) and no McDonalds and a week ago i got off my lazy arse and started doing some light cardio and I have already lost 5 kg (About 12lbs i think it works out to).

Just gotta stop smoking now....

Water all the way. I did enjoy a can of pepsi today. 1 every so often. Don't stock it in the house.

yeah i drink about 6 1.5l during the day. it sux but i do it. thank god the wifes got some crystal light and nestea ice tea for when im home. through a couple coors lights in there on occasion.
