Default healthy and lots of cals

I am having trouble getting in lots of calories I eat all healthy stuff, but can anyone fill me in on something good that has alot of calories?

my answer will have to be ...... supplements, Protein shakes. 500cals per serving is typical. but dont go over the top on them, two servings a day for me

my protein shakes only have about 150 or so cals i use scifit whey.

here is what i usually try and do:

wake up have two hard boiled eggs with some type of piece of meat
mid morning have some peanut butter toast
around noon a sandwhich with chicken, ham, and salami
mid afternoon whole wheat noodles with a salad with avocado
dinner piece of meat with some type of fruit or veggie with it
around 9 ill try and have some cottage cheese or low fat yo gurt maybe string cheese
before bed usually have a shake
Throughout the day i will usually have 3-4 shakes also

Id change that 2 5 boiled eggs, if u cant get that many down, just eat the white also carbs in the morning, maybe some oats

put some tuna into that salad mid afternoon

potatoes with dinner?

string cheese, gotta love it! i use that as a late night snack sometimes.. 7g's protein..

I agree with willy.. if you can't get down the 4-5 eggs, at least try to get the whites down.. adding tuna is a great idea also, along with the oats..

being a really HARD gainer i know what it's like.. after shoving food down my throat for a while, stretching one sandwhich into 2, 1 can of tuna into 2, etc, my stomach is finally starting to adjust to it...

but just by adding what willy said, adding a few more of what you already eat, and possibly changing your protein shake to a higher calorie shake could help a lot.. have you ever tried muscle milk? has more calories than what you're currently drinking..

cool i will give some of those things a try! I just had myself a nice thing of beef with brocolli hope it wasnt to bad for me, but i didnt feel like making anything!

you can also get some natty peanut butter and have a couple tablespoons of it.. calories + protein + it doesn't make you fill up much + easy to make!

Try Cytogainer. It's by the people who make Muscle Milk, but it contains complex carbs for extra calories. Very little sugar and almost no fat. Tastes like Muscle Milk, but personally I started getting fat on Muscle Milk. Muscle Milk contains a lot of fat that the company claims is good fat, but it still seemed to go straight to my waist. 4 scoops with non-fat milk is over 60 grams of protein and over 600 calories.

i've been thinking about trying cyto.. does it stir as bad as muscle milk? (i usually stay away from blending a quick protein drink), that's the one thing i don't like about MM.. i always have problems stirring and cleaning the stuff off the glass (sticky)..
