energy boost supps.. what do you use??

I was wondering what energy supplements do you use to give you the extra kick in the gym? One's that work for you, not ones that you've "read about." My diets in check but i'm dragging a bit after working in 100degree F heat.

I think this is the one supplement category i've never really looked into, so i'm looking on what you can add for a bit more of energy.. aside from diet i may add..

The only thing i've really done is take redbull and redline.. but the redline stops working after a few bottles.. I've heard some people like NOS.. but anyways, what do you guys like?

In hate Supplements. Theres an old saying by a classic bodybuilder(cant remember who) but he said "If youre feeling down...Nuke a spud!" I nuke a Potato and toss some cheddar cheese on it. It worked for them and it works for me.

no, you're right with that.. i mean the best way to go is by putting something natural in your body..

i'm not a big supp person either... but say creatine, i get huge responses from that, especially in the fatigue dept.. it really does help me push a lot longer.. esp. in cardio

but i'm really trying to hit up my 'focus' department.. that's been really sh**ty lately.. and i've found the more quick (supplemental) jolting energy i have the better my immediate focus tends to be..

I would agree also.....Creatine is one of the ONLY supps I like. Very true it will help!

But are there any "crash" effects?

I've tried redline and LUVED it! Every now and then, its usually just a cup of black coffee prior to a workout for an added jolt.
