Do you take any drugs to protect liver while on cycle?

i already have milk thistle but the stuff i have read about these two supplements sound like they are great anti oxidants in and of themselves to take in addition to protecting your liver

100mgs? I've heard of people doing 1000mg so you probably could increase your intake....Esp on winny.

Also Paul do you take any other supps? I usually take supps like Vit e...I take a boatload of antioxidents each day to help when my body is under a lot of stress although I don't advocate taking too many vitamins....only when your body uses it up.

yeah, 100mg's is nothing.. i use to take 900mg's because my pills were 300mg's each.. but 900-1000mg's is the range u would want to be in.. (that's assuming it's not just for basic use).. even most of the pills i see are 200mg's each..

i would also take a look at Liv.52..

N-Acetyl-Cystene (NAC). NAC is a precursor to glutathione, which is the body's most important naturally occuring antioxidant and vitally important to liver function. Liver toxins and other conditions that are harmful to the liver tend to compromise glutathione status. Research in humans has found a benefit from NAC in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and it is routinely used to protect the liver in cases of acetaminophen overdose and other cases of acute hepatic failure. In animal studies, NAC has been found to protect against a plethora of liver toxins.

This is in a product I use called Pro-Lver, alomg with Milk Thistle of course. Its good stuff.
