Please help my female friend!!

Hey ladies/guys.
I need ur help for a friend of mine, she isn't fat or anything but her weight always seems to go up and down and she finds herself crash dieting to get to where she wants to be and then sticks to mainly salads. I don't personally think this is a good thing.
Can anyone please give me a diet plan for a woman to keep a steady weight level which includes some food she can enjoy instead of purely salads.

Height 5" 1
Weight 105Lbs approx

Not sure about th %BF but mayb the above will give you some clue? I am just worried about the way she crash diets and want to fine a decent diet that she can maybe stick to and keep her at the weight she wants or there abouts.

Maybe you could format it as.

Meal 2 =
Meal 3 =
