Question diet tips please...!!

ok ive been training on and of for three years now........
i started 115lbs (really really skinny) now i weigh 165lbs
im 18 years old so no juice........
just diet and supps....
ill start seriously as soon as my exams end in the mid of june...
could someone giv me a diet plan......set out things for me and tell me what time to take bcaas and glutamine and all........
im planning to take
protein:
eggs fried and boiled
chicken bbqed
beef bbqued and boiled
carbs:
oatmeal
potatoes
white rice
sweet potatoes
pasta
fats:
cashews
almonds
olive oil
supplements that im planning to take
optimum nutrition 100% whey protein
optimum nutrition serious mass
glutamine and bcaas and creatine(prolab) if u guys recommend

can some one set out the quantity of everything i should be taking
what time should i take simple sugars if any????should i take shakes as soon as i wake up??do i need anything in the middle of the night??ill really appreciate if u guys help me time the nutrients and state reasons....

Access's post should help...to add to that though......

Things to add to your list:
Protein sources:
Baked chicken, broiled/grilled steaks, baked fish (tuna, salmon, tilapia, flounder, orange roughy, etc).
Carb sources:
Oatmeal is a carb source (not protein). Green veggies (salad, green beans, brocolli, asparagus,etc). I like pizza on bulks, but that's me lol.
Fat sources:
Fish oil pills, flax oil pills, CLA pills, and peanuts (also peanut butter).
Supplements:
Complete mult-vitamin

Split up the meals in a way that you would have time to eat them (ie drink the shakes when you are on the go). If you are bulking, try to eat 6 meals a day which total about 4,000 calories which equates to about 600 calories per meal. Mix and match your foods to get your target calories and be sure to include protein in each serving (ie don't eat 3 candy bars at night as your last meal to get in your carb sources without having any proteins). I only take simple sugars in my post workout meal/shake.
