Also if you set out on trying to lose the bodyfat that quickly you will end up loseing lots of muscle which will make it harder to maintain a low bodyfat, so you'll actually make it harder to acheive your goal.

okey that's what i was affraid off now what im gonna do is take clen for 2 weeks and 2 off and keep the diet as it is and give my body some more time to loose that fat and to keep the muscle

That's the smart way to do it. Your currently still in reasonable shape so cutting that extra bodyfat down is not going to be too difficult. Just need to dedicate yourself with the cardio and diet.
