if ur on a good diet

if someone has 15 %bf and want to be 10% can he do that in 3 weeks if hes on a good diet and 20 minutes cardio 5 days a week? is it possible to do that in this time only?

When diet is tweaked, and one trains in a manner like you mentioned, (20 min a day X 5 day per week) and is also doing resistance training as well, the average person can lose about 1-2 pounds per week max. This is for people that are already in decent shape and looking to drop the last 10-15lbs of fat on you body. If you are an obese person, who has a terrible metabolism due to poor diet for years and lack of exercise, the results will be much more extreme and noticeable when you finally get on track and diet tweaked. I know that in the beginning stages they can lose as much as 4-5 pounds per week. Which is extreme, but not impossible. The results will normally slow down after the first couple months though and then they will continue to lose weight at a much more realistic rate like I mentioned before. I don't believe that you could drop from 15% to 10% in such a short time though.

The point here really is that anything is possible BUT it really is not what you should be wanting to do anyways as it borders on being unhealthy to loose that amount in that short a period. Your much better served loosing it over a longer period of time and doing this way also increases the chances of keeping it off.

Good Post..................that sums it all up right there. We get so many people that come in here wanting help and advice and after a week, you never see them again. This is a lifestyle, not a fad thing.............it takes YEARS of dedication......
