what are your thoughts on effects of drinking alcohol, does it effect muscle growth, is it bad for you while on a cycle?

yes think about it alcholo is broken down in the liver and so are all oral anabolics. and it will mess with your libido and your diet you will not be able to eat you will loose weight. all around bad news. body building is healthful and drinking is counter healthfull. but if you dont drop shots like hillary and may be just have one drink maybe its ok wait for better answers

yea i drink very little one night a week, just enough to get a buzz, im wondering how many people on here just completly drop drinkin all together, and im test c no orals so my liver should be good anyways.

Well, I am the same way. I have been having a couple beers on Friday nights. Like 2 or 3. But, for the final 4 weeks of my cycle there will be none of that. But, please realize that I am certainly not recommending this. I do see the immediate loss of definition in abs the next morning. But for me, this only seems to be for the day and then it comes back to normal. I would have better definition if I never drink at all. This is the same for cheat meals. If I don't drink on a weekend, I will allow myself 1 cheat meal. Like...pizza, or something. But again, cheat meals DO hurt you. They don't make a huge impact that is un-recoverable from as long as you only do it once a week, but it is always best to avoid it. Some people would say that this is an indication that you need to re-evaluate your priorities and re-dedicate yourself towards what you are trying to accomplish. I personally feel that there are many many many different types of people and levels of dedication. (Not everyone that uses steroids is shooting to become Mr.Olympia) Infact, a huge portion of them aren't even pro-bodybuilders, but simply enjoy looking good. So if you are happy with your results in the gym then there is nothing wrong with drinking a few pops on weekends. Remember ....a few.
