has anyone here had this egg whites from eggwhitesint.com is it worth the money , i heard mixed opions about it seems expensive , or is egg beaters egg whites just as good ?

Never had them, but here's what I normally do for getting good eggs at a cheap price. Not sure if you have a Ralphs near by but they always put their cage free, organic 100% omega 3 eggs on managers special on certain days. So they go from being around $5-6 for a dozen to $1.99 for a dozen. I just load up. It's usually mid month and end of the month.

i get organic free range eggs for 1.00 a dozen from a amish friend . i just seen this on another site just wondering how it is or if its worth it

Totally second that Dagar... the incredible, edible egg.... eat it and work it off the yoke has plenty of good stuff as well... do a couple extra sets if you're that concerned with the increased cals and fats
