A very successful method for protein intake (find a chart online of protein in foods...easy to find) 1g per lb of body weight daily for one week. The following week double the amount to 2g's per lb of body weight. The following week 1g per lb of body weight. etc... repeat...
I call it the "protein shock treatment"
It keeps your body in "shock" and you get more out of the protein, to describe it lightly. It works excellent for me. I suggest you give it a try. It helps to beat the plateau's in gains.
